We aim to fulfill all orders as quickly as possible and use an automatic system to process orders.  For this reason, we are  unable to cancel or modify an order once it has been paid for

2nd Log into your account and review your order history

There are several reasons for cancellation of an order 

1. We are unable to verify your billing information 

2. Item(s) is sold out 

3. We are unable to replenish the item(s) ordered 

In your shipping confirmation email, you'll receive a link to your tracking information 

You can also check the status of the order from your account profile page 

Several carriers do experience delays due to high demand. Some carriers provide fewer updates during transit  

It may take additional time for your item to leave the warehouse.  We work delinquently to ship all orders and will update you with tracking information via email and in my account

If there was a mistake on our part, we will make it right by:

  • Replacing the product or 

  • Issuing a refund 

if there is no mistake on our part: 

  • Return shipping fee will apply or 

  • You can list item on the marketplace for sale
